Amy Kozsuch
Amy Kozsuch is a nationally recognized healthcare executive, nephrology nurse leader, and advocate with more than 30 years of experience advancing kidney care, healthcare innovation, and nonprofit leadership. She serves as Chief Executive Officer of Central Florida Kidney Centers (CFKC), an independent nonprofit organization providing comprehensive dialysis and kidney care services throughout Central Florida. Under her leadership, CFKC has expanded access to home dialysis, pediatric kidney care, clinical research, and community partnerships while maintaining its commitment to patient-centered care and health equity.
Amy is a Past President and current Board Trustee of the National Kidney Foundation of Florida and serves on the National Advocacy Committee of the American Nephrology Nurses Association (ANNA). She has held numerous leadership roles across professional and community organizations and is an active advocate at the state and federal levels, working to advance policies that improve access to care, mental health care, support living organ donation, strengthen the healthcare workforce, and enhance outcomes for individuals with kidney disease.
Recognized for her collaborative leadership and strategic vision, Amy received the 2026 Lifetime Achievement Award from the Florida Renal Association. She holds a Master of Science in Nursing and a Master of Business Administration and remains dedicated to improving kidney care and the lives of patients and families affected by kidney disease.
