Jackeline Guillon-Montagne

With over a decade of experience as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in nephrology, Jackeline specializes in supporting CKD and ESKD patients through integrated, patient-centered care. She earned a Doctorate in Educational Leadership, which enhances her ability to participate with interdisciplinary teams (IDT) with a focus on servant leadership.

This year, she was awarded the Nephrology Social Worker - Certification (NSW-C) by the National Kidney Foundation. Her work bridges clinical expertise and compassionate advocacy, ensuring quality outcomes and holistic support for individuals navigating chronic kidney disease.

She resides in Mission, Texas. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family, exploring the beach, and traveling to recharge and stay inspired.
